WORKSHOP RAGE BLOG MODDERS READ
So, if you're updating a mod I don't recommend forgetting to keep copies outside of your CC folder until you've updated.

Sometimes when launching CC through steam, the game will replace your newer version with the older one, which you have already uploaded.

I've had more than a few issues with this.
