Permanently releasable nations mod
I cannot see a mod for this, is someone able to create one? So after approximately 150 years a non-major nation is forgotten and deleted and can no longer be released if its cores are under foreign rule. I need these to stay permanently, for example Galicia can be released by Poland in 1600.
