How to update the mods I'm playing with?

Just got my new PC and, for some reason, after I downloaded EU4 it downloaded some old versions of my mods. I noticed because I was about to play Ante Bellum and it showed me the Heirs of Ruthenia (1.3) screen, instead of Pendragon (their most recent update).

I also suspect some other mods are also outdated. How do I update my mods? Steam hasn't queued any updates since I downloaded the whole game.

Unsub, wait til they are removed, and resub to the mods. That should in theory redownload them in their current state.

it is upto the mod creators to update their mods to remain upto date and compatible with the latest game version! you will have to visit the workshop and check "last updated", adding and removing mods from your primary save / active play-through will cause problems/crashes(unstable) and so you may be forced to start a NEW game to guarantee smooth game-play and expected standard stability! if you do not want interferences with your current progress / game save-

The developers warned all players to turn off all updates!
