I play single player only and you can easy modify the files for ammo realod time, ammo amount, ammo damage.

i want like can spamm alot of troops and like can spamm tanks and all the other vehicle

use the editor, load mission in by pressing F3, you can copy troops using Ctrl + C and paste it Ctrl + V......best part! you can add it while the battle is still on.
