Need help with level editor

Can somebody help me with checkpoints? I played checkpoints tutorial, but i still don't get it

It looks like I'm about a year late.

Delete any checkpoints you have made.

Add four checkpoints around the big rectangle in the middle of your map.

On all four of them, right click, is-helper:False

Click and drag from your start checkpoint to your next one.

Right-click starting checkpoint: IsStartPoint:True

Place a spawn object near the start, as well as some other convenient places around the map.

Place a flag object near the starting checkpoint.
