How do you port mods from 4.24 to 4.27?

there are a lot of mods for 4.24 that i really wish someone would port to 4.27 and i want to learn how to do it myself so i don't have to wait for people to port certain mods to 4.27

You can't, the makers of those mods have to do it.

They take the original source work - be it from Blender or what have you - and run it through the Automation SDK to "cook it", making a mod for Automation.

It's not something you can do unless you have the original 3D models and everything associated with them.
