Mod request: Hero Charger "Lucky Number 7"
Title says it all

I just want a hero charger with a sort of weird "crit melee" gimmick where you can, AT COMPLETE RANDOM, get melee strikes to do double or triple damage as if they were crits in a RPG

I just feel it'd be all kinds of balling to make that not only work but make it capable of putting the fear of god in a King Crab
