Basically, I gotta have solid colors for my base, it's an issue that years of gaming has only reinforced. So, having 5 or more colors going on for my walls in my base on a single layer is really irking me. I'm not looking for something cheaty, like turn non-economic stone into metal ores, or something from nothing. Just, some method to take any general stone, work it a bit with a workshop, and now it's specifically Chert or whatever I specify.

I tried using the Crispy Stone Chrun, but it's a finicky one that 90% of the time the reactions don't appear in the stoneworker's station. That and the reaction's that I could see wouldn't let me specify the stone type that would pop out.

The Creation Forge seems perfect, but the zero cost, and the sheer number of options seems too easy to abuse.
