I've been poking around in the game's raws, and noticed that this release is notably different from classic in that, for installed mods at least, information within the 'mods' folder (dwarf fortress / mods) is an exact copy of what's in the 'installed mods' folder (dwarf fortress / data / installed mods).

For all you other raw editors out there, which of these two files should I modify if I want to make changes? both? Will modifying just one have repercussions?
