For some reason dwarf fortress keeps crashing during worldgen. If it doesn't happen while even generating the region it'll crash at some point while it generates the history. I'm putting this in the workshop discussions because I play with mods but the only two mods I can think are causing it are Intro's Kobold Civ and Bit of Diversity. I also have Specific Decoration, Obvious Engravings, Bourbon's Dark Depths, See-Through Smoothing Designations, and Training Hall. I do not believe these are what's causing it but I am open to the possibility.
