Pretty much the title.
If a proper stealth mode is too much, then how about some ability or something that lets you disguise a ship as another faction (like what the Scale Plate Pact do, or like what the Katana/Moreya you fly do during the terran questline).

Just being able to choose and activate the spoof would be enough.
