Whoever finished the fourth chapter knows that you gathered a lot of friends along the way, that being Dr. Rosenberg, a female scientist named Ellie, a maintenance worker named Ronny and two guards named Murdoch and Otis. Obviously this is a great way to reimagine the story and all of them are very likeable. You can see the Otis's love for food and the deep friendship between Murdoch and Ronny.

However, if you played the original Blue Shift you know what happens in the chapter "Power Struggle". A security guard dies and a scientist is chased of by a Vortigaunt and presumably killed.

So will these two victims be retconned into the Murdoch and the Ellie? Will Otis and Ronny make out with the rest?

Even though chances are non existent, i really really wish for all of them to escape
