Someone should really make a North Hollywood Shootout emergency.
It was a bank robbery gone wrong. 2 heavily armed robbers with home-made body armor that could stop shotgun and pistol bullets. + several fully automatic ak47s and other rifles.

I am not a modder sadly, but this would be an interesting, and very challenging, call.
