[Vehicle and Equipments] Is there a way to change values or add more vehicles/weapons to the game?
I'm planning on improving my modding skills. I had experience before with FCS on Kenshi and somewhat of a success adding some changes at Fallout 3. But I wanted to get a better knowledge on games like 112 and 911 Operator.

Does it use some kind of coding language? Like C++?
