Your FPS is higher than 60. Havok physics is messing around. You need to cap the FPS reliably.
There are methods.
- Your GPU control panel might have option for this.
- Using ENBoost is very much recommended for this old version of the game. If you install it, then you can set FPS from enblocal.ini file.
