How upload/publish a mod here?
I made a small mod, it is a esp and a BSA now. How I upload it? Pack as 7z or zip, or both unpacked? And where I do the upload??

Yes. CK is currently only available for Steam, for all BGS games. They have closed Bethesda launcher.
