Edit: Also, going to add this quote from another post cuz, I being told some my old fav mods aren't 'up to date' so, this maybe a work-around........
For mods that are out of date there is a simple fix. When you first load the game, you should see the mod orginizer, next to it there should be mod editer, open the editer, and load the mod, then save the mod, in most cases that is all that is needed, depending on what the mod is.

I'm probably going to try to repackage and update it for my own use when i start playing again.
it creates a new tiny dome that can only house a couple single hex buildings, but colonists will treat all domes connected to it as if those domes were directly connected to each other, so they can use services or do work in all of them. Very nice.
