The game files
Does anyone know what program can open a file with a .tex extension? For example, SeriousSamLogo.tex in the language directories.

In the game's editor, if you right-click a texture file, you can Export it as a tga file. They can also be re-imported by using "Texture > Create texture" in the menu bar at the top.

Look for "Serious Sam 2017 Editor" under Tools in your Steam Library.
