So I'm doing a no tech playthrough of ragnarok (for the theme rather than a challenge). I've got dino storage v2 to replace cryopods with souls (and I just don't use the gun). Dino storage v2 has a storage module which can incubate eggs (and its model can change to look low tech), but only down to 1/100 incubation (no configuration options to incubate further). After that you have to drop the eggs and warm or cool them with heat and cold sources. This is a problem for eggs that need to be cold, since without mods all I have is torches and stuff. So raising Ice Wyverns and other cold egg creatures is out of the question without mods (and I'm pretty sure since you can find Ice Wyverns in the murder snow that I can't just drop an egg in the really cold areas to make them hatch). I used to play on a server where there was a nest powered by sparkpowder, and you could drop eggs on it or near it (it did not have an inventory) and the nest would hatch any egg whether hot or cold. Unfortunately that server is long gone and I unsubscribed to the mod a while back. Anyone here have a mod that sounds like what I'm talking about or another mod that will do the trick?
