Why can't i mount my flyers in gen 1

please help! maybe tell me of a mod that can let me mount them

Are you playing on a hosted server - on line, or on Local/Host?

Look for this setting: bForceCanRideFliers

It allows flyers to be used on maps where they normally are disabled NOTE: if you set it to false it will disable flyers on any map

I looked at this page/link below and it appears to be re-written by someone that never played ARK. What I used to find was the actual breakdown of the individual settings and how changing the values affected the single player game. Maybe there are still some videos left on youtube explaining these values.
