Mod related issues
I want to change the block component of the mod, for example, to change the steelPlate of the auto repair mods to 50, the original &lt in cubeBlock.sbc; Component Subtype="SteelPlate" Count="40" /> You can see in this line that the steel plate is 40, and now I want to change it to 50. If in my multi-player server, how can I make my cubeBlock.sbc (that is, the setting file of the steel plate is 50) replace the setting of the original module, and then does this practice comply with the regulations of the Creative Workshop

To change things like this you need to create a mod and upload it to Steam (or mod.io if server is for cross-play with xbox clients) and add the mod to the server configuration. If it's a mod rather than stock that you're trying to change, you'd need to confirm with mod creator or the terms on the workshop page if they will allow it.

Do you mean that I can't just upload sbc files of other mods, but I have to upload all files with the author's permission
