Fishing Boat FPK Where to Find

I want to see the entries into ArtDefine_Landmarks and the fxsxml for the Fishing Boats improvement. Googling told me all graphic related things were in the FPK. I downloaded Dragon Unpacker and had a look, but I can't seem to find what I am looking for. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

I think I found the fxsxml but I think the other bit is the issue. The only xml I found just references the xsd and the xsd means absolutely nothing at all.

It's this/these bit(s) I'm looking for:
