This is not a normal Tactic simply to try and score goals and win, it is balanced to be both successful for results on the Pitch but even more so for Player Development into a higher level of capability, to be as Professional a player in that position as possible - thus the name "Max Pro" as this Tactic attempts to maximize the professional development of your club's players (i.e. players will potentially be worth more for sales once fully developed from this Tactic).

This is now well beyond a "beta" state and many players have offered positive feedback on this Tactic and subscriber numbers have really taken off. Critical feedback appreciated, but especially any tweaks to the Tactic are helpful to hear about when you find them, especially situational issues where the tactic can be slightly changed to remain viable.
