Dropped File In Workshop Folder Got Deleted Randomly
I was about to test out a mod so I dropped the folder for it into
common/SCP Containment Breach Multiplayer/workshop
and when I booted up the game, it deleted it for no reason. Does anyone know how I can get the files for it back? I have no idea where the heck it went and I spent all night working. This doesn't really seem fair and I just want my files back.

Really late update, but I got a new version of the mod in question uploaded, I had to re-make it from scratch sadly. I found out I'd have to drop the test mod into the "YourAddons" folder or it'll get deleted, since it isn't a valid Steam Workshop ID number. I also got some help in the replies, but Steam doesn't allow users to "Mark reply as topic answer" underneath anything related to Workshop Discussions. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2988033935

I remember something like that. As I remember, you need to publish your mod first (you can set it private for testing) and then subscribe and start the game. But the files is already deleted and I'm sorry for you. Can't help you with that. Just for the future, you should always copy your mods to a folder as a backup.
Maybe you can recover your files with some special recovery tools, idk.
