New UI Mod idea about claims

Not sure if it is actually possible, but if anyone who knows how to make mods and wants an idea, here: Make a mod that has normal claims and permanent claims represented by different colors when using the diplomatic map mode. This was one of those "oh that'd be a cool idea" I got while playing. Not sure why it isn't actually in the base game
