Any good flight mod?

Is there any flight mod where you can turn on and off the flight ability anytime? And it is possible to move up and down?

scroll your mouse to change speed, and otherwise its just point and hold W to go in the direction you're looking, so up, down, anywhere

Thanks. Ah, his Flight mod works, too, only the shortcut button doesn't.
It still worth to ask because I read the command line in the description of the earlier mod.
