Having a problem with mods

I tried subscribing to some mods from workshop and the game didn't launch so I redownloaded some of them and it still didn't work, It started to not work even when there was no mods. I tried to download a few mods and checked the mods file but they didn't appear there so I cleared cache, deleted the game 4 times and deleted steam, still doesn't work

Unfortunately there's nothing to be done since this isn't a code issue or bug, but a failure that happens when the game is struggling with the amount of content/load/system usage

Pressing f5 will help, if you hear music.

this is from the ACE discord.

resetting your computer can help and sometimes the game does launch, but only in the background, so you may need to stop it with the task manager.
