Skin - just colored parts of the same object, the idea is 10,000 years old, not relevant.
Also in rasta there are rules for taking skins, to put out when you want - not rolling.
Skins need to put on Sunday-Monday, the preview should be custom, normal maps should be custom, and not from the game. And in general, the skin should be more complex, use professional programs (substance painter) :trolol:

This was what you needed to hear. Skin creators for games like Rust, where there are a really big market offer and bigger workshop creators community, you need to make skins that stand off and that really make a difference over all the other ones.

Get inspired by creators like Milho Frito, BadRip, and others like these.

Yet, I would like to add another delail to this last comment:

There is already a Toy Collection accepted in Rust!

Don't take this as as destructive critic, you have already taken the first step to creators community and I would love to see you having a skin accepet later for the first time; but you need to improve and learn to make high poly skins.
Also always try to make them unique and with your own art signature into it. Takes time, but hard work allways compensate in the end!

Keep it going and never give up!

Thanks, I’ve started learning all the bunch, about low and high poly, baking, splitting meshes and the bunch, tons of stuff I didn’t know, just painted on the revolver because it seemed fun, I’m looking forward to learning everything!
