Nope. I mean... it's possible to use certain modding tools and unpack the Pagani's car files. Then change pivot points for doors and re-pack it as a new car / version. But, we're talking some extensive modding here and you'd need to get all the necessary tools for modding along with learning how to mod for this game. Even if you do want to 'change' something about a car... you'll want to create new config and bodyconfig files giving the new car a suffix name (which gets appended to regular name) and make your edits on it... instead of the actual game cars files. Otherwise, all your changes would get reverted anytime you do steams 'verify files' option. Which you may end up needing to do if you start monkeying with games files.
