If I'm remembering correctly....that Olds Cutlass is in the workshop. You might post a comment on the mod to ask if they might update it to include parts which you could swap out to make it look like the 'Nascar' version. Same with the ThunderTurd...I mean...bird....if there's one of those in workshop. Most modders of this game don't mod for it anymore though. Since the newer version came out.....the die hard fans of this game (which modders usually are) moved onto the newest version. Doesn't hurt to ask though.
