If you want to preview your skin in-game, you'll need to join a server that uses the 'Workshop Skin Viewer' plugin (/wskin command.) As another option, you can run a server locally on your computer. If you make your own server, you'll need to also install the oxide framework (umod.com) and the Workshop Skin Viewer plugin. (also from umod.com)
