This idea spawned entirely from me deciding to think further on me misreading "Europan" as "European".

What I'm thinking is a total conversion mod that changes the game from "diving into the seas of Europa" to "floating in the skies of Europe". Rather than submarines, you have airships. Instead of stations being docked into from the bottom, you land on... whatever they've become, from the top.

I'm not sure how exactly to put everything in this context, but it seems like an interesting idea to me.

Also, it's a bit too ambitious for me, since I've got basically zero modding experience, but if anyone wants to use this idea, feel free!
