More Policy slots! Please

There is a mod for more policy slots but its not working and it is the only one. :/ Can someone upload a new "free policy slots + 20 policies extended" mod?

Keep in mind that the modifier for more policies is DLC locked. So perhaps the mod does work, but you're missing the required DLC (could be Dharma, but I'm not sure).
