About the objects on the ground
Need mods that will disappear: Bodies on the ground, items!! It will disappear automatically after a certain time, otherwise it is very troublesome to clean up！
You also need to automatically pick up cats from the body，If it can be done

Unfortunately neither of those can be added to the game, as we modders cannot add new features.

we may be able to do more with kenshi 2, but we will likely have to learn how to use the unreal engine
