Resetting texture positions
Is it possible to reset the default mesh positions on faces? I moved a very large object without locking textures, saved and quit, then came back the next day to see nothing was in line any more. It looks like it's going to cost me several days of work if I can't figure out either the previous object position, or a way to get the textures to reset their location to match the originally imported object.

I realize there probably ISN'T away, but I'm still fuming because I can't think of a reason why locked textures wouldn't be the default to begin with lol.

If you mean for a mesh that has been imported from a model, probably not. Hammer meshes don't store any canonical UVs. Your best bet is probably to turn off texture lock and try to move around the mesh to get the original UVs back.

Not having texture lock enabled makes a bit more sense when making level geometry from scratch with tiling textures.
Well thanks for responding. I decided to toss it out entirely. There were over 1000 meshes all scrolling at different speeds and even with an approximate location I scrolled around for over an hour without getting close. Time to find another solution!
