Is it possible to make a custom faction in PFM?

Is it possible to make a custom faction in PFM?(pack file manger) I have been wanting to make the Iceni into an Anglo saxon faction and having a seperate unit roaster and Generals. I am asking for help with this project

I'm pretty sure you can. I've added units to the game i see no reason why you couldn't add factions.

Yeah if i knew what database tables to edit. It's pretty easy to edit things when i know what tables to find. For now i just know how to edit and add units along with adding unit cards.

One thing i know that would need to be edited is the startpose file but aside from that i think anything that has faction stuff on the tables.

I know about units. just only care about making a custom faction. I want to know more about these starpos though. I tried watching a video from the Magnar channel but really couldn't make sense of it

Yeah even i looked into it out of curiosity. I see no info on how to do it via pack file manager. I can only see how to do it using the modding tools that CA provided. Problem is the tools don't always work.
