Sadly no, mods work by replacing whole files, if two mods are incompatible, it means they both make changes to the same files so you would need to create a new mod with the changes from both merged into one. Often the mod developers will merge mods that are popular based on request (there are a lot of mods with UI Enhancer merged in)
