CARS APPEARING FROM TRANSPORTS STATIONS/STOPS

Is there a way to avoid hundreds of cars suddenly appearing when citizens get off public transport? For example, when citizens get off the streetcar, hundreds of them get into their cars and clog the traffic on the road. It is very unrealistic. What can I do?

Pocket cars have always been a thing. Give the tourists or cims another way to get to wherever they are headed. Just wait 'til you see vehicles parked in the sides of a building.
