Make sure your search field says type something in pale grey and all the tag filters are set to all then try different sorts, if you know the names use the search field with a partial simplified name to avoid missing alternate spelled items.

Always make a duplicate of anything you are making important progress with so you only lose what progress you made in the last session if something goes wrong. It is very useful if you want to make an experimental branch in building direction, you always have the original branch to go back to if it doesn't pan out.

I done a project that i had like 4 design branches going at the same till i decided on which i liked best then deleted the other branches. At some point i had well over 100 saves so i could backtrack if i needed to or if i really liked something from another design branch i could combine branches with the import function.

yes but mass of save can be dificult to sort actually

Most recent sort is very helpful, all the older and other saves fall behind what you are working on.
