There are over 11,000 mods - very hard to answer that question - everyone has different opinions.

I was hoping for mods, that affects all eras, forgot to mention.

Add this one to the above world at war and you cover the entire eras

Those mods two are pretty good. I'm uncertain about companion mods, but so far i have fun.

This map is one of my favorites - a modified tru earth designed for better play-ability bigger Europe/England/Japan You can play it without the tru earth start locations if you wish.

i wouldnt recommend civ on that sorta scale it slows down turns to a crawl even with a god pc

Ok got some issue. I try play with all 43 civs, but i don't see any resources. What's wrong?

Ingame editor can add/remove mountains. I've never actually added a mountain, but I've removed them. Shows it as an option so I'm sure it works. :D
