If you'd read the comments then you'd know it is (up and running).

Are you saying it's in your mod list, but without a tick box or are you saying you don't see it in the mod list at all ?

In the former case the tickbox should be there once you quit and relaunch CK2.
In the latter case read the "Help! The mod isn't showing in the launcher!" part in the description.

It might still not work.
Several like me only get CK2 mods downloaded into a different path and then need to do a workaround.

It should usually suffice to close the launcher and open it again.
