Game of Thrones Mod Not downloading

Something is up and I don't know why. I got a new PC recently and went to downloading my games including CK2, however when I tried playing the AGOT mod it wouldn't even load the game. The other different mods worked fine but the AGOT mod couldn't and or wouldn't load up. I tried downloading it again from Moddb but tat wouldn't even download. Has anyone else had this problem?

1) IF the game as such runs and you have the mod installed properly (through installer or manually) and don't launch other mods along with it, then there is generally no reason why it should not work. Unless your new PC is crap..

2) DL for AGOT works fine for me on moddb.
Something (browser, addon, security, else) is likely blocking the popup, which you have to confirm to start the download. Clicking on the exe link in the first white windowmight help.
