Anyone know if there is a mod to change or get rid of the loud transporter sound effect?

It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't twice as loud as everything else in the game.

Or is there a list of sound ids somewhere, I've looked at other mod that does similar stuff for other sounds and it just replaces the sound sample with a silent one in the xml file, but you need to know the id for it.
