I want to commission a modder for a mutator. I want to have a red vs blue halo mod. Details

I want the mutator/s to affect both teams. Raven will be character skins from red team, Eagle will be characters from blue team. I want it to work like the multiskin mod that's out for halo CE marines and Covenant. Random lines from the characters will be said randomly. It could function like Sudonames "Voice Chat Emulator" or something. In anycase I really really really want this and am willing to work out a payment plan if there is a modder that can do this for me.

The character break up will be like this.

Blues
