Change strapos
I'm trying to learn how to change the strapos for an Imperator Augustus map for the grand campaign mod. I want to change region ownership for a couple regions. Anyone have a quick run down on how to do that? The only thing on Google was something from Dresden a decade ago that I couldn't figure out
