Ships not showing up

I have tried to install some of the ships but they will not show up. I have downloaded the MOD I bought the DLC, I moved the two files to the place it says too and I moved the MOD to the right folder. The ships I do have do change colors to the gray that was talked about. I took and puit everything back and the color came back to normal. any advise I really want to use these ship desighns

actually any that I have tried don't come up and I make sure I have the tech needed to get them.

You need to install the custom colour pallet to prevent ship designs showing up as Grey.
Its called Palette - A ship Appearance Overhaul dan can be found here:-
