ADVANCED START
Is there anything, i.e. mod, etc. that allows one to start a new game with additional techs, ships, etc. Preferably it would also allow one to advance ALL the races in the game. Thanks.

We need Advanced Start (like in Civ4 i.e.) too. And much! more than 4 Human Players in Multiplayer
