If a mod is deleted from the Workshop steam will auto-delete any version you have of it downloaded

one of my favourite mods gave your starting ruler +3 skill points, it made rulers feel like more then just another hero and made the early game a tiny bit faster.
I geuss the mod was deleted off of the workshop because my files for it were missing a couple of hours after playing with it on and the steam page is gone
Just a little bit mad

IIrc, all +skillpoint mods somehow conflicted with the item forge when it was introduced and probably therefor got removed by the creator.
On a sidenote, I'd personally say "a tiny bit faster" is quite an understatement ^^
