Im trying to make killing momentum restore all action points help wanted

so many weapons simply do not work with killing momentum and id like to fix that issue by having it fully restore your action points but even with the resource pulled up i cant see the line that governs the restoration any help would be appreciated.

As far as I can tell the game determines your action points by looking up your movement points, Killing Momentum only cancels the state "action is complete" so the game then loks on the units max versus current movement points and is like: okay you are all spent so it's one action point left for you.

As I see it you'd need to restore the units movement points to restore all action points.
