A Few Modding Questions
Hello! I got a few questions, I hope someone will be able to answer them.

Q1: It possible to change the circle color for policies?
Q2: is there a way to change the splashscreen?
Q3: is there a way to change base game SVGs?

Most of the questions are about the look of the game, So I guess It's only something the Devs can answer, Either way and help is welcome, Thanks.
